Terms and Conditions for the "Win a Pair of Running Shoes of Your Choice" Instagram Competition

1. Organiser This competition is organized by 4303 Events Limited.

2. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to residents aged 18 years or over.

3. Competition Period

  • The competition starts on 6th January 2024 and ends on 31st January 2024 at 11:59 PM GMT.

4. How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must have purchased an entry to "Race the Capitals."

  • Participants gain 1 entry for each person they tag in the comments section of the competition post.

  • Participants gain 5 entries if they share the competition post on their Instagram story and tag @_northvsouth.

  • Participants must also follow the @_northvsouth Instagram page.

  • Each participant can enter multiple times, but only by tagging different individuals and/or sharing on their story as outlined above.

5. Prize

  • The prize is reimbursement for a pair of running shoes of the winner's choice, up to a maximum value of £150.

  • The winner must provide a valid receipt for the running shoes to receive reimbursement.

  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

6. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.

  • The draw will take place within 7 days after the competition closing date.

7. Winner Announcement and Prize Claim

  • The winner will be announced via Instagram Direct Message (DM) from the @_northvsouth account.

  • The winner must respond within 48 hours of being notified. Failure to respond within this time frame may result in the prize being forfeited and a new winner selected.

  • The winner must provide proof of purchase for the running shoes to receive reimbursement.

8. General

  • By participating in this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  • 4303 Events Limited reserves the right to disqualify any entry that breaches these terms or is suspected of cheating.

  • 4303 Events Limited reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions without notice.

10. Liability

  • 4303 Events Limits accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury suffered by participants as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
